Our slogan is Power of the Question™. This slogan says something important about who we are and what we do. We believe that powerful questions help our clients conceive and achieve. Good questions help define where to go, the best path to take, and the best means of following that path.
Preparation and lessons learned from past experience are the keys to powerful questions. We first learned the art of powerful questions in the crucible of the courtroom. From there it flowed naturally into the boardroom and back office. Asking the right questions means doing one’s homework.
From start to finish, we use our skill in the art of the question to serve our clients. We use the question to get to know our new clients and to understand their issues. We use the question to assist our clients in making their best decisions. In matters where our client is threatened with injustice, we use the question as both a shield and a sword. Effective questions illuminate the truth, even where an adverse party seeks to impose darkness.
