What To Expect From Us

Our role is to serve our clients. We believe that our clients’ success is our success. We start by learning about our client and the client’s issues. We put ourselves in the shoes of a client. Each client is unique and has unique legal issues.

Once we understand our client, we begin to get our client’s thinking and our thinking in line. We educate the client by sharing our knowledge and wisdom, all while maintaining a genuine sensitivity to the client’s needs. Once our client’s understanding and our understanding are congruent, we and the client develop a set of objectives with which everyone is in agreement. We then proceed diligently to accomplish those objectives.

Thus, if you are our client, expect us to be friendly, easy, supportive, and relaxed. Expect us to remain mindful that we are handling matters of large importance to you, and to all of our clients. Whether you are a family member of or a grievously injured person, or a small business person whose livelihood has been endangered by another’s greed, dishonesty or sharp practices, expect us to understand that we are assisting you with what might be the worst ordeal of your life. Expect us to put your interests in the forefront through empathy and understanding.

Yet you can also expect us to balance this soft side with a penetrating edge and unrelenting hardness. While our clients need support, we understand above all else that they require justice. Expect us to never forget that justice sometimes requires battle. This is where we separate from many firms, as we have a proven track record of winning difficult battles on behalf of clients in need.

"What must I do to attain holiness?" said a traveler. "Follow your heart" said the master. That seemed to please the traveler. Before he left however, the Master said to him in a whisper, "To follow your heart you will need a strong constitution."
